BELLY DANCING
Belly Dancing is an ancient dance form we traditionally associate with the Middle East. It is a universal dance of celebration and expression based on circular movements, body isolations and 'shimmies' and is a great way to get fit and healthy while acquiring a new skill in a fun and friendly atmosphere. Women of all ages are welcome to come to class. You can be any age, size and fitness level to join the beginner's class as you can learn at your own pace.
WHAT TO WEAR
Wear comfortable clothes you can easily stretch in such as dance pants and singlet or t- shirt, bare feet or socks and a scarf for your hips is optional. For students who attend regularly, performance opportunities are available for those who are interested. You can attend on a casual basis or you can buy 10 tickets or 5 tickets at a time at a discounted rate.
