What is Zumba?
ZUMBA is a Latin-inspired, cardio dance-fitness workout designed for everyone.
Any fitness level….
No dance experience required.
Zumba incorporates Latin and International music and dance movements, which create a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system!
This class format combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body in an aerobic/fitness fashion to achieve a unique blended balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits. Zumba integrates some of the basic principles of aerobic, interval and resistance training to maximize caloric output, cardiovascular benefits, and total body toning. The cardio-based dance movements are easy-to-follow steps that include body sculpting, which targets areas such as gluteals, legs, arms, core, abdominals and the most important muscle in the body, the heart.
Dancers and non-dancers alike immediately and easily master a Zumba class because you do not have to know how to dance to succeed at Zumba. Zumba creates a party-like atmosphere that provides a non-intimidating opportunity for non-dancers, new exercisers, or those who have previously hesitated to participate in group classes. At the same time, dancers and long-time exercisers thoroughly enjoy the change of pace - exercising in a healthy, fun, party-like environment.
All students feel comfortable knowing that they can just go with the flow and enjoy the party!

Participants are having so much fun that they do not realize they are exercising. Finally, here is a type of exercise people want to do everyday, and they feel good about doing it!

What to wear
Comfortable non-restrictive active clothing.
Comfortable shoes with plenty of cushion and lateral support. Typically, an aerobics shoe or court shoe is appropriate because those types of shoes provide medial-lateral support. Running shoes generally have too much tread that restricts side-to-side movement. Some cross-training shoes are appropriate, however be aware of the amount of tread/traction of the shoe. Another option is jazz sneakers. They are designed for dance with `sneaker' support.

Casual rate - $12
10-Class Card - $100 (no expiry date & you can use at any of our classes)
Students: Casual - $10 (upon presentation of a Student Card or equivalent)
Kids (8 to 12yrs): Casual - $5

We are a team of Certified Official ZIN (ZUMBA® Instructor Network) ZUMBA® Fitness Instructors and would like to introduce you to the world of ZUMBA®.
Uruguayan-born Sandra has previously performed both Nationally & Internationally as a Latin, Brazilian and Hip-hop dancer for over 15 years and has taught Salsa dance classes at various venues.
Cuban-born Riuben is also a professional Contemporary & Latin dancer who has toured extensively around the world throughout 19 years.
